I've been subscribing to Mike's slingbox service for years. Before I found Mike I tried slingbox service from other people/companies but was disappointed with quality and service. I was referred to Mike by a friend and decided to try his service out. I was impressed with the quality of the picture. During these years I've gotten impeccable service from Mike. He responds to emails very quickly and always put the customer first. This might sound like he wrote this himself, but I'm actually this impressed with his service! :-)

I'm living in Central America and trying to get good cable channels has always been a real pain! Found Mike's service roughly a year ago and I hit the jackpot! Looks like most of this slingbox providers have nice automated letter but no customer services.

So I am very sure he will get back to you. Maybe there was some technical issue.
