Ok, I finally got my SlingCatcher.
Ordered it from Amazon but had to have it shipped through freight forwarder in Miami since Amazon does not ship this device directly to Colombia.
I paid around US $ 164 for the SlingCatcher, plus a few $ more for 2nd day shipping. If ordering from Amazon, this is the best price you can probably get. I monitored for some time the price and this is the lowest it has been. Most of the time price has been near or above $200.

Installation was really easy, no problem at all, connected immediately to my Slingbox from SlingboxNYC. So far everything has worked perfectly, streaming speed has been above 1000Kbps most of the time, sometimes higher, sometimes lower, but good quality always. 

Only issue is that it seems that the guide that SLingPlayer has, the one with the nice UI and channel logos seems not to be present with SlingCatcher, and it seems it only has the normal DTV guide, so I miss that guide. Also,  I am not sure if Close Caption option is available with SlingCatcher...I have not seen it.

So, in summary, SlingCatcher is working great for me, SlingboxNYC is probably the best provider (best offer, best price, best aftersales service, etc) you can find for hosting your SlingBox, and if you really want to see your SlingBox in your TV instead of your PC, I think it is well worth it to buy the SLingCatcher.

Are you happy with the resolution and PQ quality?

I am also using a slingcatcher with NYC and my picture quality is perfect on a 42 inch plasma.

Right now I am using a "normal" Sony 27 inch TV.
I will be changing to a 37 " LCD soon.

I joined SlingboxNYC about a month ago after trying fliptube as Mike has better price, better selection of channels, better service, etc...

I live in Scotland and i have my pc connected through hdmi to my 60" plasma and i now have over 100 hd channels compared to sky's 31. The DirecTV box uses the same interface as sky so i felt right at home with it straight away.

I can not recommend SlingboxNYC highly enough, Mike has that personal touch that fliptube could never match. All there e-mails are automated and i found it near impossible to get a reply from them during my 48 hour trial. With Mike he replys to all e-mails within mins as he always has his blackberry at hand.

FANTASTIC service, still can't believe i have usa sat tv in Scotland. Technology these days eh... Great to be able to watch Lost on ABCHD at 1am thurs morning instead of waiting until sun night for sky :)
