Looking to buy(monthly) slingbox connection for US/Canada(Canada preferred)

I am looking for slingbox connection from us/ canada but prefer a canadian connection. I am from india and have a 4mbps line. People with atleast 2 mbps upload speed preferred. Will pay monthly via paypal but could pay advance if good service. Please contact me and tell me your price and a demo of your connection.
