Link It Software's call center is solely owned by Link It
Software and is based in South Dakota (Link It's headquarters are in
Southern California). All our call center employees work out of our
South Dakota offices. We never outsource any of our call center's work.
After multiple failures in hiring outside call centers, two years ago
Link It developed its own call center in house to boost sales of Link
It's software products (www.linkitsoftware.com). After months of
testing, we got it right. Our company's sales went up some 40% as a
direct result of our in house call center's work.
As the word spread, a number of other companies asked to use our call
center. Link It's Call Center now has over 120 clients, who report a
10% to 40% closure rate on the leads we develop--and 80% of our clients
renew their call center agreements. . In addition to lead development we also handle
incoming calls, surveys, appointment setting, and in some cases actual
product sales from start to finish.
