Looking for a slingbox host in Austin, TX

I am in BC Canada and I am interested in finding someone who can host a slingbox in Austin Texas. I would like DirectTV with the major networks (Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC) and local channels, and TNT. It would be nice to have Discovery and History. I would want a minimum of 2mb upload or faster, and would like to have a DVR if possible. Let me know if you could do this. Thanks Andrew
